No. The system will bookmark each section you've completed so you may start where you left off during your previous session.

Are you able to provide customized online training?

Yes, for larger groups, we are able to customize online course content to suit the specific needs of a particular organization.

Do I need to use the same computer to access the programs?

No. You can access your account 24/7 from any computer that has an Internet connection.

Can I pay by any other method besides using a credit card?

Yes. We accept checks or money orders, as well as purchase orders for multi-user organizational purchases. If you prefer to use one of these payment methods, call our toll free number (800) 956-0333 to get your username and password to access the course(s) as well as make payment arrangements.

How long do I have to finish the course(s) that I have enrolled in?

You will have 12 months from the date of purchase to complete the course.

What could be causing me to have difficulty logging on to the website?

Is it absolutely necessary that my computer have sound to take a course?
